We were buyers from out of town, which can be very tricky for a realtor since we had limited opportunities to actually see properties. It took over a year for us to find exactly what we were looking for, but Mark was very patient throughout the process. He has extensive knowledge of the city and deep personal knowledge of seemingly every building. Mark had a lot of great suggestions that I’m sure saved us time and money. When we did buy, we bought the condo site unseen, but Mark was very good about mobile viewings and attending the inspection. The closing went off without a hitch.
